My office space is located at the Islington Therapy House in Angel, Islington.

The building offers a discreet, private entrance with convenient access to the first floor, ensuring a smooth and comfortable experience.
Easily accessible, this location is within a short walking distance from Angel and Old Street tube stations on the Northern line, taking less than ten minutes. For overground travellers, Old Street station is a ten-minute walk, while Kings Cross St Pancras is a 15-minute walk away. If you prefer bus transportation, routes 30, 73, 214, or 205 stop at Kings Cross, only a brief walk from our site. Alternatively, numerous buses, including routes 4, 19, 30, 38, 43, 56, 73, 153, 205, 214, 243, and 274, pass directly by the building or stop at Angel tube station. There is no on-site parking.
What days are you available?
I am able to see clients in-person on Wednesdays and Thursdays (including evenings).
I am able to see clients online throughout the week. Please get in touch to enquire.
How much does it cost?
Sessions are 55 minutes and cost £130 for self-funded individuals and £160 for couples. An invoice will be sent prior to the session with payment details.
For clients wishing to pay via insurance, please get in touch to discuss this further. I am recognised by most major insurers, including BUPA, WPA, Vitality, and Aviva.
What happens after I make a referral?
When I receive a referral, I am happy to provide a free 20-minute phone triage to discuss the referral and make sure I am the best fit for your needs.

- PhD in Psychology – Dean’s List (Victoria University of Wellington, 2020)
- Postgraduate Diploma in Clinical Psychology (Victoria University of Wellington, 2021)
- Bachelor of Science, First Class Honours (Victoria University and Otago University, 2016)
- Registered as a Practitioner Psychologist (clinical psychology modality) with the UK Health & Care Professions Council (HCPC) – PYL046273
- Member of the New Zealand College of Clinical Psychologists (NZCCP)
Do you offer acute or after-hours services?
Unfortunately, due to limited capacity and resources, I am unable to support clients with acute concerns outside of scheduled sessions. If you are worried for your own or another persons safety, and require immediate support, please contact emergency services (999) or seek mental health crisis advice.
How do you handle confidentiality and privacy?
In line with HCPC guidelines, I am strongly committed to confidentiality within my practice and protecting personal information and data. All information collected is used for the purpose of providing clinical psychology services and therapy. This information will not be shared with others without your consent. All data is stored electronically and is safely secured and password protected. My practice complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and I am registered with the Information Commissionaires Office (Registration Number: CSN7042083)
In line with best practice guidelines and legal obligations, there are limits to confidentiality. Information may be shared:
- Safety/Risk – If I am concerned about your safety or the safety of others I may forgo confidentiality in order to provide appropriate help. Where possible I would discuss this with you first.
- Legal/unlawful action – in specific legal situations, a court of law may compel therapists to provide clinical information. If you think that this is a possibility, please let me know in advance.
- Supervision – to make sure I am doing the best job possible, all psychologists are required to have supervision. This may mean discussing some aspects of our work with a supervisor or other professional colleagues. Discussions only take place in a professional environment and the identity of the client is kept as anonymous as possible.
- Communication with other professionals – depending on the nature of the referral, it may be necessary to liaise with other professionals involved in your care such as your GP, Solicitors, or Insurance and Rehabilitation Companies. In these cases, your permission will be sought before consulting with any other professionals.
